PWD, as required by Article XIIID of the California Constitution (Proposition 218), has conducted a new Water Rate Study to review the existing rates, and to determine the estimated future costs of purchasing water, meeting State regulations, and completing system-wide maintenance projects to cover the next five years (January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029).

Palmdale Water District is pleased to announce that it has received a $14.8 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to help pay for the Pure Water Antelope Valley Demonstration Facility.
The overall objective of the District is to make available the highest quality water at the lowest price.
