Palmdale Water District is pleased to announce that Viridiana Iguaran is its new Finance Manager/CFO. She started her new position in late July, replacing Dennis Hoffmeyer who retired after 36 years with the District.

Palmdale’s skyline is looking a little different as Palmdale Water District (PWD) starts to dismantle the 237-foot-tall wind turbine that has been on its water treatment plant property on East Avenue S for two decades.

Palmdale Water District is accepting applications for its 2026 Rate Assistance Program (RAP), which will provide up to 700 eligible customers with a $25 discount off their monthly service fee.
The overall objective of the District is to make available the highest quality water at the lowest price.

I changed a few of those at my time at PWD mostly the old Hershey clock meters got rid of those and went to arad straight reads. 👍 
Public Affairs Specialist Michelle Trejo represented Palmdale Water District at the Canva Create conference held at the YouTube Theater at SoFi Stadium. The event offered a dynamic day of learning, highlighting innovative design tools and creative strategies. Michelle gained valuable insights that will continue to enhance the District’s communication efforts and community engagement. 📒🤓
Session 2 of our Water Ambassadors Academy was a success. We explored IT, infrastructure, operations, and Pure Water AV, along with a special guest presentation from Thomas Ricciardi, Chief Commercial Officer of Capture6.
