In partnership with the American Red Cross, Palmdale Water District (PWD) will host a Valentine’s Day-themed blood drive from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, at 2029 East Avenue Q in Palmdale.
The overall objective of the District is to make available the highest quality water at the lowest price.
