Palmdale Water District is accepting applications for its 2026 Rate Assistance Program (RAP), which will provide up to 700 eligible customers with a $25 discount off their monthly service fee.

Debbie Dino, an active community leader and strong supporter of Palmdale Water District, is the new Board Director for PWD’s Division 5. She was appointed with a 4-0 vote to the position formerly held by her late husband, Vincent Dino.
The overall objective of the District is to make available the highest quality water at the lowest price.
PWD has officially issued the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2026 Strategic Plan. We’re looking for qualified professionals to work with its Board of Directors, District staff, and stakeholders.
