To keep our water treatment plant in tip-top shape, we shut it down each winter for our staff to make necessary repairs so that we can provide safe, clean water to more than 126,000 people. Groundwater will be used through the end of Feb. when maintenance will be completed. Photos by Mynor Masaya. #infrastructure #watertreatmentplant #PWD ... See MoreSee Less
