PWD’S Last Saturday Landscape Workshop

PALMDALE, CA, MAY 13, 2013 –The Palmdale Water District is hosting a FREE landscape workshop on how to design a sustainable landscape. This workshop will be the last Saturday workshop for the “Cash for Grass” program. Customers that sign up for the Cash for Grass program will have to take an online workshop to stay qualified for the program, until the District resumes workshops possibly in the Fall.

Saturday MAY 18th 9:00AM – 12:00 Noon

This exciting workshop will not only inspire your creative ability, but will provide information on planting sustainable plants in the high desert. If you are a Palmdale Water District customer you can also sign up for the District’s “Cash for Grass” Program and receive information on the District’s other rebate programs.

A huge thank you to staff for donating dozens of toys to benefit the children of the AV this holiday season. Donated in memory of former PWD employee Frank Collett, the toys were delivered to AV Harley-Davidson for distribution to the AV Toys for Tots.
