Water Use Efficiency Specialists Maria Avelar and Robert Rosati recently gave their first bilingual presentation at Tumbleweed Elementary School, sharing the importance of water conservation with students in both English and Spanish! Connecting with our community’s youth helps inspire the next generation of water stewards. 💧

For the first time ever, runners and walkers will have the rare opportunity to experience a 5K course around Lake Palmdale while celebrating movement, community, and the beautiful Antelope Valley we call home.

As we advance our Pure Water AV project, AGM Scott Rogers is sharing info about how to find funds for water reuse projects. Scott was a co-presenter with EPA Senior Engineer Dan-Tam Nguyen on “How WIFIA Financing is Accelerating Water Reuse for Palmdale Water District” at the annual WaterReuse Symposium in Los Angeles this week. Great job, Scott!
