AV Water Partners Sponsor Landscape Workshops at the College

PALMDALE, CA FEBRUARY 7‐ The Antelope Valley Water Partners are hosting several landscape workshops this year at the Antelope Valley College. These workshops will provide you with enough information to renovate your landscape into a low maintenance, water wise, beautiful landscape. The workshops listed below will inspire your creativity and guide you in making accurate decisions about landscaping in the Antelope Valley. Palmdale Water District will host the first workshop on February 18, 9:00 am ­12:00 pm, at the Antelope Valley College, 3041, West Avenue K, Lancaster, Ca./ Parking in lot 16 off street J­8, Room TE­3

This year was filled with many highlights and accomplishments by the nearly 90 Palmdale Water District staff members who work tirelessly to deliver clean, reliable water every day to more than 127,000 people in the PWD service area.
Key milestones included the Palmdale Ditch Conversion Groundbreaking, significant progress on the Pure Water AV Demonstration Facility, the dismantling of the wind turbine, and a Public Relations Society of America–Los Angeles award for this publication, The Pipeline.
We look forward to many more accomplishments in 2026!

Este año estuvo lleno de muchos momentos destacados y logros por parte de los casi 90 miembros del personal del Distrito de Agua de Palmdale, quienes trabajan incansablemente para suministrar agua limpia y confiable todos los días a más de 127,000 personas en el área de servicio del PWD.
Entre los hitos más importantes se encuentran la inauguración de la conversión del canal de Palmdale, los importantes avances en la planta de demostración de agua pura AV, el desmantelamiento de la turbina eólica y el premio de la Sociedad de Relaciones Públicas de América-Los Ángeles por esta publicación, The Pipeline.
