Payment Options

At the Palmdale Water District, we understand our customers' needs for variety of payment options when paying their bills. Therefore we offer several different payment options.

Pay Online

Service Online, Not In Line! The Palmdale Water District is proud to offer the latest payment options for today's busy individual. Sign up for Online Account Access and turn your computer into a virtual visit to our office that's open 24/7. With PWD Online service, Online Account Access, you can pay your bill within our secure environment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or by ACH check.

Note: Online payments can take up to 2 business days to post to your account.


Pay by Automatic EFT

In an effort to utilize all payment options available we also offer automatic EFT. You'll never have to remember to pay your water bill again. Just fill out our EFT form and four (4) days before your bill is due we will automatically withdraw the full bill amount from your specified account. If a problem occurs with a payment in process (i.e. insufficient funds etc) you will be notified according to the District's Rejected Payment Policy.

Pay by Mail

If you wish to pay by US postal service, we accept payments by check or money order. Make your checks payable to Palmdale Water District and mail to:

Pay by Telephone

Don't feel like mailing your payment or driving to our office? Just realized that your bill is due and have little time to spare? If you don't have Internet access but still want to make a payment, it's okay, just call us during business hours and we can process your payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).


Pay in Office

If you wish to come by the office to pay your bill in person, we accept cash, check, money order, credit (Visa and Mastercard) and debit card. Our main office is located at:

Did you know?

Payment Drop Box
There is a payment drop box located by the front entrance of the building for your convenience. Just place your payment in an envelope or use one of the payment envelopes provided at the box. Be sure to include your account number (if available) or service address on the envelope to insure correct processing. Note: All payments put in the drop box will be processed at 8:00 am the next business day excluding weekends and holidays.

Rejected Payment Policy
When a Consumer's payment is rejected, for any reason, the District will consider the account not paid. The consumer's account will be assessed a $45 rejected payment charge ($25 rejected payment fee and $20 doortag fee). A 48-Hour Disconnection Notice will be issued to obtain full restitution for the rejected payment. Water service will be disconnected if the amount of the rejected payment and all applicable fees, charges and/or deposits, if required, are not paid within the 48-hour period.
