- Service Application

The completion of a Service Application is required for all new account applicants as well as a new account setup fee of $40.00.

STEP 2
- Deposit
Requirement |
Deposits cannot be waived for
Commercial / Industrial accounts. A minimum deposit amount
of $300.00 is required, however this amount could be more.
Your deposit amount is calculated and based on either
the three highest bills at the property within the last
12 months or standard deposits for similar service conditions.
Please contact a District authorized representative for
specific deposit amount required to open your new account.

STEP 3 -
Proof
of Ownership |
Proof
of ownership is required at time of application and
may include, but not limited to, a copy of the deed to
the premises, leasing agreement,
current property tax bill, and escrow closing statement.

STEP 4 -
Proof of Identity |
| Proof of identity for the company may be
required at time of application and would include, but not
be limited to, DBA articles, a copy of applicant's valid
picture ID. |

- Final Check List and Cover Sheet |
For your convenience, we have included a printable cover sheet and checklist that may be used to accompany your document package via FAX transmission (661) 456-1086, or personal delivery to our customer service department. You can fax your service request documents however we do not offer same day service on faxes as it can take up to 7 business days to process. If you need water service turned on the same day you must personally deliver the applicable documents to the customer service department on or before 3:30 p.m. excluding weekends or holidays.

- If Proof of Ownership, or Proof of Identity
are not present upon initial application submission,
the application
will be denied.
- Customers who request activation of service
shall be responsible for damage resulting from
such activation due to open or faulty piping and/or
fixtures on the customer's property.
